Watching frogs can be part of a great hiking experience
Text and watercolors by Frits Ahlefeldt
We can help these often endangered wetland species survive, if we design more and better habitats for them and connect these with hiking trails. Here is a handful of watercolor sketches of Scandinavian frogs, most of them depending on green corridors between their habitats to survive… and the idea is to design small ponds and waterholes and connect them with green corridors, designed also to work as hiking trails.
The Frogs here has been sketched up as part of a project to combine hiking trails with building green corridors. All artworks available to use / download under CreativeCommons License. ( Watercolours by Frits Ahlefeldt )
