Walk and talk instead of sit and talk
Text and drawing by Frits Ahlefeldt, Hiking.org
When you walk, instead of just sitting, something magical can happen, sometimes you can suddenly see between the lines, maybe it is because of the rhythm, the fresh air, or the ever changing perspective, changing scenery, or because of the effect of using you right and left brain coordination while thinking or because of the way two walkers often synchronize their steps and look ahead instead of at each other. ( there are a few theories )
