The way we walk can tell a lot about us

People walk in very different ways, and even from a distance we can tell a lot about how they feel: If they are worried, in relief, in love or maybe drunk, or looking for a lost kid. But that is just one dimension of walking. There is also what is called a “signature walk” in the fashion business.
Something we all have more or less. A special way of moving that are individual and sometimes recognizable over time. Our ways of walking not only show something about our mood at the moment, but also in a longer time frame, even things about our background, level of fitness and appetite on lifeĀ
Try check out the next time you are somewhere people pass by, how much you actually read into how people move, their posture and coordination, when they walk, some look like they carry heavy burdens, other like they are in the dark or heading up stairs, even when not being in these situations.
It can be very telling and actually it is a very important part of the first impression we get when meeting new people on the trails
