I am sketching up hope at the moment, hope and hiking. Hope is a strange thing, one minute you feel it, the next it can be gone. Hope is related to plans, to fear, to love, to paths, ambitions, competence, storytelling, innovation… and to hiking. Most hikers starting out do it in hope, but then suddenly it can leave you in the middle of nowhere, and when you least expect it, it can return and land on your knee…
