The Marlone couple Chris and Jaime and with their four daughters: Maya,13, Harper, 11, Josie, 8, and Sabina 6 can really say they made it after thru-hiking the 2200 miles / 3500km. long Appalachian hiking trail over 6 months in 2019.

The Appalachian trail is one of the most legendary hiking trails in the world following the Appalachian mountain range from Georgia to Maine. Around 3000 hikers thru-hike the Appalachian trail on average / year

The Malone family walked the whole trail in just six months, and raising 10.000 USD for charities along their way

The youngest daughter Sabina Malone was only 5 years old when the family started out on the trail in February and she is considered the youngest female known ever to have thru-hiked the Appalachian trail
