Drawing of a classic way to see science, as the knowing expert with the overview and plan, creating knowledge, paths and understandings, maybe a bit like the conductor creates music experiences together with musicians
On relying on experts to create understandings

Trails and paths can be created in several ways, one is when enough people together creates paths by walking them. Another is when planners, experts and architects make trails s lines on papers
I wonder if hiking, trails and the ways we create trails can be seen as a parallel to how we create knowledge in other fields. Some trails are created by experts, that works a bit like music conductors expecting the rest to follow their movements, and in their footsteps
